You could have used Mega Gyarados instead of Mega Swampert, because it has Waterfall

Should have done a test for 3 tier raid to use charge moves. Swampert quick attack maybe weaker but its know more for his spammyness

Even if the Swampert had water fall, it would still be slower because if Groudon does more damage with mudshot and kyogre has the exact same stats meaning the both kyogre and Groudon are better no matter the move set
