Poke AK, you’ve embarrassed yourself once again…
You can’t say there’s definitely an algorithm in GBL when you have 0 evidence for it. Yes, sometimes your Pokémon has an advantage over your opponent’s, and sometimes it’s the opposite. However, you can’t conclude anything from that. That’s just how randomness works. Sometimes you’re lucky and sometimes you’re unlucky. There’s nothing more to it than that.
The fact that you can ”break” the algorithm by changing the leading Pokémon is, with 99.999% certainty, total bullshit. If you think that you can conclude that your method works just because it happened to work a few times, then you clearly have a very poor understanding of statistics. That’s simply not how it works. If you want to ACTUALLY be able to make conclusions from your results, the sample size has to be orders of magnitude larger than what you’ve tested. You would also have to take into account how likely it is that your leading Pokémon has a good and bad matchup, respectively, what Pokémon that are the most likely to be used depending on the ratings etc.
With the unscientific way of thinking that you have, Poke AK, you’re not going to fool anyone but yourself and possibly other viewers whose understanding of statistics (and logic in general) is as poor yours. I truly think it’s sad that you’re trying to fool other people with this nonsense (although you’re not aware of it).
What’s even sadder (or funnier?) is that it’s not the first time you get fooled like this. You also thought (and maybe still do?) that lower players have a higher chance of getting a shiny, which I personally think is hilarious.
“i know they seem incompetitent at times” lmaooooo
but yo – there is an algorithm
I feel like what you guys describe as the “algorithm” is just probability. There is an algorithm but data miners can’t find it?
So many different Pokemon to use in blind battles= random positive and negative match ups.
Hot take:
Lock on should deal zero damage
What happened to your pet Moose?
For the record, I like your voice. ^_^
Knew it!!! It really should be random matchups.
