I’m free to play so I’ll just get the silver bott caps oh well I have alot of 15 15 14 pokemon ivs to do
I think regular bottlecap should be 3 IV max for free or with easier quests, and gold should be as many IVs as you want, but it takes much longer and has harder tasks for you to complete it. As much as you want to say that it will diminish the value of shundos, in the main series pokemon games, you can literally hyper train your pokemon all the way up.
I’m excited for bottle caps. As long as they, like you said, release them in moderation and/or only allow 93% IV’s or higher for gold and 98% IV’s for silver to work. Marking trained Pokémon also feels important to me because that helps with the “natural” shundos remaining just as special as usual while new trained ones will still, of course, be cool!
I cant wait for bottlecaps!!
There was NO data mined that says a single stat would be increased by a maximum of 3 points. The data mined mentions the ability of Golden Bottle caps raising all 3 stats and Silver Bottle caps raising only a single stat. These “SINGLE_STAT_INCREASE” and “TRIPLE_STAT_INCREASE” are descriptive off what the silver and gold bottle caps do!
I don’t think it’s a huge deal if we would be able to turn any pokémon into a 100 IV. IV’s doesn’t matter that much anyways so it won’t be overpowered by any means. However, I really do hope you will be able to tell a difference when a pokémon has been bottle capped. Just for “legit” shundos to maintain their rarity yk
I hope it doesn’t change the appraisal system
